Jay Thomas, M.D. cares for patients at Floyd Primary Care in Adairsville and Shannon.

Dr. Thomas received his bachelor's of science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, and his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta. He completed his family medicine residency at Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Thomas is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
